ORS is a fast-growing Irish building consultancy entering a major chapter of expansion. They needed a brand that reflected their scale, professionalism, and ambition. We partnered with them to sharpen their identity, build visual consistency, and communicate their growth story through strategy, design, and ongoing video content.

  • ORS was entering a major new chapter of growth. They had evolved from a local player into a national force, with plans to go further. But their brand hadn’t kept pace. Internally, they knew what they were capable of.

    Externally, that wasn’t clear. They didn’t need a full rebrand. They needed to sharpen their appearance to align with where they were going.

  • We began with a full brand strategy session, a deep dive into who they were, what they stood for, and where they were heading. From that clarity, we shaped everything else.

    • Defined brand strategy and positioning

    • Refined and modernised the existing identity

    • Delivered full brand guidelines and creative direction

    • Led a new visual system for print, digital, and internal use

    • Collaborated with Little Blue Studios to bring the new identity to life online

    • Directed new brand photography to reflect the company’s future-facing energy

    • Produced a suite of story-driven brand films and service explainers

    • Continued to support with monthly video content and creative consulting

  • ORS now shows up like the company they’ve become: bold, ambitious, and clear.

    Since our work together began, they’ve expanded rapidly, acquired multiple firms, and stepped confidently into new markets. Their brand now reflects their scale, their momentum, and their ambition.

    Most importantly, it feels right to the team behind it.
