Egan’s is a long-standing family auctioneers in Mullingar. They wanted to attract new customers and modernise their presence while staying true to their roots. We helped them sharpen their brand, refresh their shopfront, and build a new identity that felt as welcoming and real as the service they’ve always delivered.

Aidan Egan had recently taken over the family business, a well-established, well-run auctioneers in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. They were known. They had repeat business.
But they weren’t attracting new clients, especially not younger families or first-time buyers.
And they were blending in. Every auctioneer looked the same. Same colours. Same windows. Same language.
But Egan’s was different, independently owned, people-first, and genuinely helpful.
We just needed to show it.

The redesigned shop became a local landmark. The yellow signs are now instantly recognisable across the Midlands. People walk in off the street where they used to feel intimidated. And most importantly, they’re attracting a new generation of customers.
What started as a well-run family business is now one of the most well-known auctioneers in the region, with a brand that reflects their energy, care, and ambition.
