Gardening

O’Meara’s is a family-run garden centre with a passion for growing and a deep connection to the community. But their old brand didn’t reflect that warmth or history. We helped them rediscover who they were and created a modern, inviting identity that feels as real as the business itself.

  • O’Meara’s Garden Centre had been in business since the 1970s, family-run, deeply loved by its customers, and growing steadily yearly.

But their brand? It didn’t represent them at all. It looked generic. Cold. Like every other garden centre in Ireland.

There was no sign of their warmth, their love for gardening, their deep history, or the quality of what they offered.

In their own words, they didn’t just dislike the brand, they hated it.

They needed to feel proud again, and they needed to be seen.

  • We started with a brand strategy session to understand the full story, the family’s history, their passion for plants, and the values they lived by.

From there, we built a new identity that brought those truths to the surface — a brand that felt warm, rich, and rooted in real love for growing things.

    • Brand strategy and positioning

    • Full identity redesign — logo, palette, typography

    • Refreshed tone of voice with new slogan: “Growing since 1974”

    • Website design and structure (in collaboration with web partner)

    • Story-driven brand photography

    • Flagship brand video

    • In-store signage system

    • Branded merchandise

    • Strategic input into store layout and experience

  • O’Meara’s now look as good as they are, and customers feel it instantly.

The brand is no longer invisible. It’s distinct, soulful, and unmistakably them. Their signage stands out. Their online presence reflects their scale and professionalism. And they’ve seen huge increases in recognition, pride, and customer engagement — both locally and across the country.

Most importantly, they love their brand again.
